DealCalcs (“we”, “our”) operates dealcalcs.com, an educational website offering real estate guides and interactive calculators. This policy describes what information may be processed when you use the site.
Calculators and browser data
Core calculators run in your browser. Values you type into calculator fields are used locally to compute results and are not stored on DealCalcs servers as part of the default application design. Clearing your browser tab discards those inputs.
Contact email
If you email us (for example at hello@dealcalcs.com), we receive whatever you include in that message—typically your email address and message content—and use it only to respond. We do not sell personal information.
Hosting, logs, and analytics
Like most websites, our hosting provider (for example Vercel) may automatically process technical data such as IP address, browser type, request path, and timestamps in server logs to operate, secure, and debug the service. If analytics tools are added later, this policy will be updated to describe them.
Cookies
The educational site does not rely on advertising cookies. Essential hosting or framework cookies may be set by the platform that serves the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
